We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Business Analyst – Conversational AI
Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
As a Business Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of ServisBOT’s AI solutions by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll work closely with customers, product teams and delivery stakeholders to support discovery, analysis, testing and implementation activities. This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills, alongside a customer-focused mindset and interest in AI-assisted delivery, continuous improvement and delivering measurable business value.
