We’re hiring an AI Solutions Business Analyst to help design and deliver AI agent solutions for our customers. This isn’t a standard BA role — you’ll lead discovery sessions, translate complex business problems into clear AI use cases, and define how agents should behave, escalate, and succeed. You’ll sit across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, turning customer ambition into practical, testable outcomes. Junior AI Implementation Analyst
Location: Manchester, England (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office) with occasional workshops and in-person meetings.
We’re hiring a Junior AI Implementation Analyst to join our Customer Success team in Manchester. This is an entry-level role for someone curious about AI who wants to build real agent solutions for real businesses. You’ll design, configure and test AI agents, working alongside experienced colleagues across engineering, architecture and delivery.
