Junior Business Analyst – Conversational AI
Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst who will support both product development and customer delivery for ServisBOT’s conversational AI solutions. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements, coordinating project activities, and supporting the implementation and testing of AI-driven products. You will work across discovery, design, release, and ongoing improvement, helping ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and meet customer expectations. The position also involves building expertise in ServisBOT platforms and core AI concepts such as prompt engineering, LLMs, and RAG, enabling you to help turn customer needs into practical, reliable AI-enabled solutions while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
